(collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By registering for, accessing, or using TenantID, you agree to comply with these Terms and
    all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

    TenantID is a digital platform that allows users to:
    ● Create and maintain verified rental profiles,
    ● Track rental application history,
    ● Provide supporting documentation to landlords and agents,
    ● Search whether their ID/passport has been used fraudulently,
    ● And more.

We may add or remove features at our discretion.

  1. User Responsibilities
    You agree to:
    ● Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile
    setup,

● Not impersonate any person or entity or falsify your identity,
● Use the platform lawfully and respectfully,
● Refrain from attempting to disrupt or compromise the security or functionality of the
platform.

  1. Account Security
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to
    notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TenantID is not liable for
    losses resulting from unauthorized use.
  2. Intellectual Property
    All content on the TenantID platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the
    property of TenantID or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual
    property laws.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    TenantID provides its services “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the platform
    will be error-free or uninterrupted. TenantID is not liable for:
    ● Losses due to inaccurate or outdated user data,
    ● Service interruptions or data loss,
    ● Fraud committed by third parties.
  4. Termination
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TenantID if you violate these
    Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful behavior. You may also cancel your
    account at any time.
  5. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users via the website or email.
    Continued use of TenantID after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised
    Terms.

    These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic
    of South Africa.
